Join us for writing sessions that use the process of writing to calm the mind and help declutter and untangle our thoughts and help us manage our own mental health.
You write for yourself – you can be of any level of writing ability (you can write in your own language) and work doesn’t have to be read aloud. For 16 years and over
These workshops will be held monthly on the first Thursday of the month…7-9pm for 10 months.
These sessions are free and will include one free drink (tea or coffee or soft drink)
