Writing for Wellbeing & Mental Health

Our minds can often become like shaken snow globes, whirling until the view is obscured.

Join us for writing sessions that use the process of writing to calm the mind and help declutter and untangle our thoughts and help us manage our own mental health.

You write for yourself – you can be of any level of writing ability (you can write in your own language) and work doesn’t have to be read aloud. For 16 years and over

These workshops will be held monthly on the first Thursday of the month…7-9pm for 10 months.

These sessions are free and will include one free drink (tea or coffee or soft drink)

Places are limited, please call me to book your place or find out more.

This programme has been funded by the Leicester City Council – Time to Change Grant

Why not come along to a writing workshop with a difference, as we use the process of writing to unclutter the mind, relax and find a moment of calm.

Join us at the Parcel Yard
